Pastor Elle has been working in the church since 2006. After serving in the areas of worship, kids' ministry, camp staff, prayer teams, and Bible studies, she graduated in 2014 from Washington State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Music. Following graduation, she gained state certification to practice ABA therapy, and was employed as a therapist and case manager with disadvantaged, at-risk youth. In 2018, she felt called to make her part-time ministry job the central part of her life. Elle and her husband George moved to Israel so that she could complete her M.A. in the Bible & The Ancient Near East at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. There she lived in a quiet monastery and centered her research around narratives of violence against women in the Text. In 2020, she moved back to the Pacific Northwest, graduated, and gave birth to her son Lewis. Pastor Elle has been happily married to George since 2013, whom she met at a "haunted" corn maze. In their spare time, Elle and George enjoy rock climbing, DnD, cooking, and discussing the Enneagram.
