We believe everyone is created and loved by God and we affirm the holiness of every person’s humanity, and strive to focus on each individual’s inherent worth. We are determined that the worth and health of individual people is always held in higher importance than programs, personal status, or ministries.
INCLUSION
We value all of our neighbors, and seek to treat and include everyone as Jesus did. We believe that nothing disqualifies us from being welcomed to the table of God. We strive to provide a place of worship, welcome, support, and celebration for every individual regardless of what questions they may have about their faith and regardless of their race, sexual orientation, gender identity, abilities, or socioeconomic background. We recognize that not every voice is heard equally, and seek to center and lift up the voices of those who have been silenced or oppressed.
We encourage respectful, open dialogue that embraces the tension between conflicting ideas. We strive to create a safe space that welcomes all voices and perspectives, not only those that are similar to ours.
